The music festival SOMETHING IN THE WATER, launched by musician Pharrell Williams, is moving to Washington, D.C. and will take place from June 17th-19th, 2022 on Independence Ave. The festival moved out of Virginia Beach because officials there always figure out away to get sideways with African American developers and entrepreneurs — it truly is uncanny. There will be bus service from Virginia Beach to Washington, DC.
